How to add an Event or Info to our site
All you need to know to help you add an Event or your Groups/Clubs details to my site. If you are not sure of anything, please contact me
AREA COVERED / 9 MILE RADIUS:
Due to the fact that I work alone, unpaid and around my family commitments I can only put on details for anything in Ipswich and 9 mile radius (taken from Ipswich town centre).
This includes: Aldham, Arwarton, Barham, Barking, Bentley, Bramford, Bucklesham, Capel St Mary, Chelmondiston, Claydon, Clopton, Coddenham, Copdock, Culpho, Elmsett, Great Blakenham, Grundisburgh, Harkstead, Hasketon, Henley, Hintlesham, Holbrook, Kesgrave, Levington, Little Bealings, Martlesham, Nacton, Otley, Playford, Rushmere, Shotley, Somersham, Sproughton, Stutton, Needham Market, Playford, Westerfield, Wherstead, Witnesham, Woodbridge and all the little villages in between.
This does not necessarily apply to some of the pages IE Days out in Suffolk, Festivals, Rallys & Shows, Support Groups & Charities etc., It is a general rule for putting on Events and for clubs and groups etc., that meet regularly.
PLEASE include as much information as possible but particularly (if Event) date, start/end time, venue, cost, brief details, contact (Email/phone) & link (website).
COST: I DO NOT charge anybody to include anything on my Website because I believe it is important to spread the word to as many people as possible.
